Our pricing

We're not the cheapest cleaner in Knoxville. On purpose.

You can find someone cheaper. We priced GoodHands to give you the best service, not the lowest rate.

Cheap cleaning usually means rushed visits and corners cut to get to the next house. That's not what we want in your home, and it's not what you want either.

Here's what our price pays for:

  • Time to do it right. We schedule enough time to finish the whole checklist, not race to the next job.
  • The same checklist, every visit. Every room you live in, done the same way every time.
  • A local owner who picks up. Something off? Call or text Jed at (865) 320-3838 and it gets fixed.
  • No surprises. One flat monthly price. No add-on fees on the regular checklist.

Questions

Straight answers.

How much does house cleaning cost in Knoxville?

With GoodHands, it's a flat monthly price for cleaning every two weeks: $360 a month for 1–2 bedrooms, $480 for 3 bedrooms, and $600 for 4 or more bedrooms.

What do I get the first month?

Three cleans. The first one is free: instead of paying us for it, you give any amount to a charity you choose. Then two regular cleans, every two weeks.

Why do you charge by the month instead of by the visit?

It keeps things simple. You know exactly what you'll pay, we keep a steady schedule for your home, and nobody has to send an invoice after every visit.

When am I charged?

When you sign up, then on the 1st of each month for the month ahead.

Is there a contract?

Yes, a simple service agreement you sign before your first clean. Service is month to month, and either side can end it with 14 days' notice by text or email.

What if I need to skip a visit?

Give us at least 48 hours' notice. Visits canceled with less notice are charged 50%, and visits where we can't get in are charged in full.

Why doesn't GoodHands charge the lowest price in Knoxville?

Because we'd rather be the best than the cheapest. Our price pays for enough time to do every visit right, the same checklist every time, and a local owner who answers the phone. Try us first: your first clean is free when you give to a charity you choose.

Does bathroom count change the price?

No. Your price is set by bedrooms only.

Your first clean is free.
